Projection: Your projection is a key component of your plans. Each key metric in your GTM engine has a projection calculated for it and shows the predicted performance of the metric over the plan period.
Projection = Baseline + Initiatives + People
⭐️ Important to know:
- Your projection is calculated from the current date (today) and takes into account actuals up until today.
- Projections are bottom-up calculations, where each of your Key metrics has its own projection based on the steps upstream of it in your funnel.
- Projections are also time-based. The average days it takes to get from one step to another is factored into the Projection.
