Once you have set plan goals in your plan, the People views will start showing how you are performing according to your plan goal.
📽️ How it works
Monitoring view
When a plan is set to Active then the default view will be Monitoring.
The Monitoring view is primary focused on production on the dimension that roles are covering. Therefore you will see in the Monitoring view the dimensions as the first card with roles inside.
You can expand the dimension card by clicking on it and see what roles are contributing to the dimensions.
Planning view
You can switch to Planning view to see the roles in your plan. In case you have roles with overlapping dimensions you will not be able to see how much each individual role has been contributing.
