❗️Updating your signal thresholds will apply to all plans in your organization and can only be done by someone with administrator permissions.
To begin, navigate to your profile located in the top right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select "Signal thresholds."
A new window will appear, presenting a list of your metrics along with their unique configurations as you can see below. You will encounter three primary threshold settings:
- UNDERPERFORMING
- PERFORMING
- OVERPERFORMING
If you wish to modify the criteria that determine when a metric is categorized as for example UNDERPERFORMING, you'll need to adjust the percentage value. To do this, simply click on the “Edit” button located at the end of the corresponding row, adjacent to the final column. Once you have changed to the new value, press “Save”.
