Signal Thresholds

Signal thresholds: Signal thresholds are used to indicate the acceptable thresholds for metric performance (actuals/projections compared to plan goal) and set the bounds for signaling on your metric status across all of your plans.

Unexpected values: Where a metric value falls below your lowest threshold, or above your highest threshold, Growblocks treats this as unexpected data and will identify that the value should be checked to see if the source data is accurate.

Steps to take:

  1. Check that the data is correct in your source system (such as Salesforce or Hubspot) and correct if needed
  1. If your source data is correct, please reach out your assigned Customer Success Manager or Solution Engineer for assistance - connect with them effortlessly through the Slack Channel or by sending an email to support@growblocks.com
