People refers to everything about your team:
- Roles
- Headcount
- Hires
- Leavers
People are plan specific, you can configure the same or differently between plans. Roles which have an expected monthly production will impact your plan.
- Any people (in terms of roles, hires and leavers) saved in the plan will impact your baseline.
- Any people saved in the plan at the time of setting a plan goal will be included in your plan goal.
- Any changes to people after setting your plan goal will be included in your projection but not in your plan goal.
- As people are always included in your baseline, re-saving your plan goal will include the latest people in your plan goal calculations.
