Where do I add hires and leavers?
By clicking on the role card you will see the role details. This is where you can add new hires and select leavers in the selected role.
What should I do if I have an employee who's switching roles?
In the case where you have an employee moving roles, you would add a leaver in the role that the employee currently is in and create a new hire in the role that the employee is moving to.
